Website Audit, Copywriting & Editing

A change of ownership for Radford HR necessitated a review and update of their website copy.

Following a content audit, we consolidated and restructured pages where needed for a streamlined user experience. We refined communication of key selling points, optimised the content for SEO and added clear calls to action throughout to help drive enquiries.

We also added new dynamic and diverse images as visual representations of the services offered.

Blog Post Writing

Radford HR wished to highlight their passion for and expertise in implementing mental health strategies for a more engaged and productive workforce.

We created a research backed, SEO optimised, evergreen blog post exploring the causes and effects of poor mental health in Australian workplaces. We also discussed what employers can do to improve employee mental health and wellbeing within their organisation, and articulated how Radford HR can help.

We supported the publication of this article with an email newsletter and social media posts.

Sales Collateral Copywriting

We prepared a two-page sales document summarising Radford HR’s key services. Providing a concise overview of the business offering, it enables a quicker response to client enquiries for streamlined lead nurturing and is easily shared within teams for decision making.
